Incident Management Program (IMP) and Incident Investigator Awareness Training

This training aims to provide you with a foundational understanding of the Sundial incident management process and its importance in meeting our legal obligations and growing a culture of continuous improvement.

The first half of this training will outline our four value drivers (Act, Report, Investigate and Improve), describe your responsibility for workplace safety and highlight your role in driving a culture of continuous improvement.

The second half of this training will provide an introduction to incident investigation, an overview of IMP procedures and forms, and basic investigation and report writing techniques.
